  • Marketplace Purchases: If you purchase our products via Epic/FAB Marketplace or the Unity Asset Store, all payment processing and customer data collection is handled directly by those platforms. Please refer to their privacy policies.


Feedback via Google Forms

We use Google Forms, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to collect voluntary customer feedback.

When you fill out a feedback form, Google may collect and process personal data such as your name, email address, responses, and technical data (e.g., IP address, device information).

Purpose: The data is used exclusively to evaluate and improve our products and services.

Legal Basis:

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – your consent, if you voluntarily provide feedback.

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – if feedback is directly related to an existing contractual relationship.

Data Transfer: Google may process data on servers outside the EU (including the USA). This transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Retention: We retain feedback data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, or until you request deletion.

Embedded Content

Our GitBook pages may contain embedded YouTube videos. When you view these videos, YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) may collect personal data, including your IP address and cookies, in accordance with their own privacy policy. We have no control over this data collection.
